Ramaiah group started the Ayurveda wing in 2006 under the banner ‘Gokula Arogyadhama’ which metamorphosed into MS Ramaiah Centre for Integrative Medicine (MSRICAIM) in 2014. Later, this was reformed into Ramaiah Indic Specialty Ayurveda (RISA) in 2016. We, at RISA, offer an evidence-based, holistic Ayurveda approach for both illness and wellness.
Therapeutic services at RISA, such as Panchakarma (bio-purificatory) treatments, Abhyanga, Sirodhara, Patra Pinda Sweda, etc., are aimed at restoring the doshic imbalance, promoting health, and well-being through a holistic approach. Palliative care emphasizes a holistic approach to improve the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic conditions like neurological and neurodegenerative diseases. The pluralistic healthcare approach at RISA offers complementary therapies focusing on physical and emotional well-being. Our contributions towards palliative care within this pluralistic framework include pain management, nutritional support, improving digestive health, enhancing immunity, etc.
Wellness therapies at RISA focus on maintaining and promoting overall health, working at both preventive and curative levels. Weight loss and weight management, stress management programs, etc., are a few of the wellness therapies offered at RISA.
We provide Ayurveda care that can complement modern medical practices by offering a holistic perspective on health and illness. RISA is an Ayurveda-based integrative healthcare center that offers the best of traditional medicine (Ayurveda) and modern medicine (Allopathy).
