Ramaiah Ayurveda Hospital does not charge any fee for the cancellation of an appointment. Cancellation of earlier booked appointments can be done by calling our customer care number 080-23606545.
In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website, we shall not be liable for any such payment issues. If you are unable to visit for a prior booked appointment, please contact our Customer Care Executive to reschedule or cancel the appointment free of charge.

In case a Primary Physician is not able to attend your prior booked paid appointment, you can request for rescheduling an appointment or a refund by contacting our Customer Care Executive. Refunds will not be applicable once the consultation with the physician is done.
The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the banks.
Ramaiah Ayurveda Hospital will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online.
